Our Academy was created by Team of Transportation Experts committed to build programs that will help individuals to learn how to properly perform their job assignments within the Safety Department.
This will relieve Motor Carriers to no longer need to spend time training their personnel. Our programs consist of five levels of training provided in two options.
Online Courses
Upon Registration, access to the subscribed Training Level Course will be provided for up to 30 days. At the end of training course’s completion, the candidate will be provided with a Certificate of Completion.
Zoom Training
Upon Registration, the candidate will be required to attend the registered Training Level via ZOOM on selected dates. At the end of the ZOOM Training Course, the candidate will be provided with a Certificate of Completion.
Entry Level
In this Level of training the individual will learn about:
a) Common Terms Used in the Transportation Industry.
b) Introduction to the FMCSA Regulations
c) Description of the Safety Department Categories (Responsibilities within the
Safety Department)
Advanced Beginner
In this Level of training the individual will learn about:
a) How to obtain DQ File Reports (PSP, MVR, Pre-Employment Clearinghouse, Limited Query, Annual Review, Medical Examiner’s Form, National Registry Verification) – Only available on the Online courses
b) CDL and Driver Qualifications
c) Auditing Driver Application and Required DQ File Reports
Competent
In this Level of training the individual will learn about:
a) Roadside Inspections; Traffic Citations and WARNING
b) Hours of Service
c) Regulatory Compliance (Maintenance)
Proficient (Expert)
In this Level of training the individual will learn about:
b) Drug and Alcohol Testing Requirements
c) Crashes
d) Claims
e) How to obtain an IL IRP and 2290s (only available on the Online Courses)
f) How to obtain: KY, NM and NY permits (only available on the Online Courses)
g) IFTA, KY, NY, NM and CT tax filing (only available on the Online Courses)
Mastery (Leader)
In this Level of training the individual will learn about:
a) Safety Management Plan
b) Safety Management Oversight Training
In addition, we’ve implemented an Online Consultations platform, which will serve as additional support to the Safety Professionals to be able to SEARCH or submit Questions for any Daily Safety Concerns.
This platform will be available upon a monthly subscription. Once Motor Carrier will subscribe to this platform, they can be able to add multiple users within their company.
All users then will have access to the:
a) FMCSA Compliance platform
b) Daily Safety Concerns platform
They will be able to SEARCH for existing Questions and Answers or, submit a ticket for a question that they were not able to find an answer for. By submitting a new ticket, the professional will be able to upload any files pertaining to their question. Upon ticket submission, someone from our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
Bekjarska Monitoring Inc will continue to Monitor and Manage the Safety Department to clients who do not have their own Safety Team or are seeking to enhance their brand and add value to their company.
